This Month’s Specials

CANINE or FELINE SENIOR SCREEN with Cpl/Fpl:

Our Senior Screen includes a look at blood chemistry, a complete blood cell count, thyroid screen and urinalysis.  A chemistry test assesses organ health.  A CBC evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Thyroid function plays a role in metabolism. A urinalysis provides a complete picture of hydration and kidney function. Canine pancreas-specific lipase (Cpl) and Feline pancreas-specific lipase (Fpl) are sensitive indicators of pancreatitis.

Please note that this test requires your pet to be fasted for 12 hours.

Normal cost is $371.90, NOW 25% off at $278.93

COCCIDIOIDOMYCOSIS SCREEN AND TITER:

Coccidioidomycosis, also known as Valley Fever, is a fungal disease endemic to the Southwestern US.  Symptoms can include cough, lethargy and weight loss or progress to such ailments as lameness or seizures. Successful treatment is possible with antifungal drugs if the infection is promptly diagnosed through a blood test.

Normal cost is $195.78, NOW 25% off at $146,84

URINALYSIS WITH CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY:

A urinalysis provides a complete picture of hydration and kidney function.  When a pet has a urinary tract infection, a culture will identify which bacteria are present, while the sensitivity will direct us to the most effective treatment.

Normal cost is $319.18, NOW 25% at $239.39

FECAL PROFILE WITH GIARDIA:

Intermittent shedding of parasite eggs can cause false negatives in standard microscopic testing methods.  This fecal test not only looks for intestinal parasites using traditional methods, but also uses new technology to identify infections earlier and with more sensitivity.

Normal cost is $100.98, NOW 25% off at $75.74

The risks of cancer, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, heart disease and other serious conditions all increase with age.  Because pets are living longer today, it is likely that many will experience a potentially serious illness during their lifetime.  These problems, if caught early can be successfully treated or controlled, giving your pet a longer and better quality of life.
